How much to Courier?

Your purchase is dispatched using Aramax Couriers and generally if you live in the NI your parcel will be delivered the next day and if in the SI it normally takes two days. Rural deliveries may take an extra day.

Courier cost is $10.00 nationwide per order to one address. (excluding rural and the Outer Islands) and Rural Delivery is $18.00.

We can ship overseas but please contact us for pricing.

Free standard post if you spend $75.00 or more, or get free rural post if you spend $150.00 or more

When will I get my goods?

If you purchase goods before 2pm (Mon-Fri) we will get your item on the courier that afternoon. We use Aramax Couriers (formerly Fastways) and they usually deliver overnight in the NI and 2-3 days for the SI. Add an exra day or two for rural deliveries.

How do I pay?

You can pay using any of the following payment methods;

  • Visa & MasterCard Credit and Debit cards.
  • Paypal payments
  • Afterpay
  • Humm
  • Applepay
  • Internet Banking or bank deposits
  • Gift Vouchers in the name of Gizzy Gifts And More
  • Cash instore (Please don’t send cash in the mail)

Do you refund?

Yes. You can get a refund with no questions asked within 30 days of purchase, but all goods must be;

  • sealed / unopened with packing in original condition accompanied with proof of purchase. (If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made)

You will need to pay for the shipping costs back to us.

Can I swap it?

Of course you can. We have a 30 day no questions asked exchange & refund policy.

All goods must be sealed / unopened with packing in original condition accompanied with proof of purchase.

If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no exchange will be made.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. All customers will be issued a GST Tax Invoice/Receipt with every purchase in the name of Gizzy Gifts And More, which will appear as such on your credit card or bank statement.

To save the trees, I would prefer to email them. In case you need a refund or exchange you must produce proof of purchase, in which case you will have a digital copy on file. However, if you want a hard copy just advise us in the additional information box at checkout.

What if I find it cheaper elsewhere?

If you find a lower advertised retail price on an identical item which is currently in stock, upon confirmation we’ll beat the price by 10% on the spot or online. This applies to New Zealand retailers but excludes warehouse, clearance outlets and online only retailers.

Online only retailers are sellers who may work from home and do not have to pay overheads like retailers who own a shop do. Because they don't have the overheads that can offer cheaper deals.
