Exchanges & Refunds

According to the Consumers Guarantees Act usually when you buy things the contract is final. You don't have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you've changed your mind, or your circumstances have changed.

Well ignore that...

We understand that shopping online is a little different, so we offer a no questions asked 30-day exchange or refund policy on just about everything we sell, except for gift cards and earrings (unless faulty).

Please note that you will need to pay the shipping costs on any exchanged item and we do not refund the cost of postage, if any.

Conditions

  • All goods must be sealed / unopened with packing in original condition.
  • We won’t ask for proof of purchase as we’ll have your sales information on hand.
  • If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made.
  • All refunds will be reimbursed using your original payment method.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS

We will refund any product delivered to you that is faulty as per our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993. We inspect every product received from our suppliers on arrival into our store and before sending to our customers, so if you are claiming for damaged goods it will be at our discretion. You must notify us immediately if you receive damaged or faulty goods.

We will organise our courier to collect it at a time and place that's convenient for you. All you need to do is carefully repackage the gift for the courier to pick it up.

Damaged in Transit

Any product that has been damaged through mishandling during shipping will be our responsibility only if you have bought the damage to the attention of the courier driver before signing that the goods are receipted in good condition. This makes it easier to claim for the damages from the courier company concerned. You must contact us immediately for further instructions.  Once we have all the information, we will send out a replacement within 2 - 5 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you place an order and then decide to cancel it, you must email us immediately.

If your cancellation is received before your order is processed, we will refund your payment. However, if your order has already been sent out, we will refund your payment only when the goods have been returned to us at your own expense, and the goods are sealed/unopened, with packaging and in original condition.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy but will always meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.
