We charge a $7.00 shipping fee per order, (Free if you spend $75.00 or more), to one address. (If you want us to deliver part of your order to someone else, you will need to complete two transactions).
FREE shipping does not apply to rural addresses, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and the Chatham Islands, unless you spend over $150.00
Outer Islands or rural deliveries may cost more, but usually around $15.00. Please contact us so we can give you the additional costs. Perhaps you can get your items delivered to your work place or a family members’ address to keep the shipping costs down.
Please allow 3 - 7 working days delivery time
We want you to have your order as soon as possible so we will ensure that it is dispatched as soon as possible. As we use NZ Post their delivery times vary depending on where you are located and their delivery days etc.
Once your goods are dispatched, we will not be responsible for any late deliveries, but we will certainly find out what the problem is and do our best to sort it.
If we are not able to supply the products, in the event of it being sold out in-store during processing or for some other reason beyond our control, we will contact you immediately. If you decide to cancel your order we will refund your money including the postage costs, if any.
Authority to Leave
All standard delivery orders will be attempted to be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained. However, in a situation where a signature cannot be obtained the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place, unless a signature has been specifically requested. Any special delivery instructions that have been entered in as part of the checkout process will be followed (e.g., leave in letterbox or at backdoor).
If you would prefer a signed delivery, please leave a note in the Delivery Instructions to let us know.
Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address. Delivery will be by NZ Post. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.
For standard item delivery, if you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place unless a signature has been specifically requested.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Leave your delivery address at the special Instructions for seller box on your shopping cart before you check out. If you are going to pick up from our shop, please indicate.

We will deliver overseas but please contact us for shipping costs.
